Example Wedding Timings

What When Comments
Ceremony 14:00 Allow between 30-45 minutes depending on how many readings.
Drinks Reception 14:45 Wedding couple to have photos and guests to mingle outdoors/indoors weather dependant. Allow 1 to 2 hours.
Receiving Line (Optional) 16:30 Allow up to 30 mins depending on how many are receiving.
Wedding Breakfast 17:00 – call in to room. 17:15 – starters Allowing 2 hours to seat guests, 3 courses, tea & coffee.
Speeches Between main course & dessert Based on 3 x speeches of 10 minutes each. With 5 minutes to bring guests out of the room for cutting of the cake.

Throwing The Bouquet (Optional) During drinks reception or 20:00
First Dance 20:15
Evening Reception From 20:20
Evening Buffet TBC (Any Time From 20:00)
